Women we talk to wish they could lose weight and keep it off! I totally relate to this! I have tried restrictive approaches in the past and learned the hard way that they just don’t work. As soon as I lost my “willpower” and my cravings took over, I would feel guilty and go drown my sorrows in chocolate chip cookie dough!
Through years of reading about nutrition, attending lectures, working with nutritionists and trainers, I finally found a lifelong approach to nutrition and fitness that allows me to enjoy food, maintain my ideal weight and the muscle definition I desire.
