Once I started getting smart about what I drank, I had more energy and realized that many times when I thought I was hungry, I was actually thirsty.  I discovered that “Diet Pop” made me want to eat more because it spiked my blood sugar, not to mention a lot of nasty side effects associated with artificial sweeteners.  I learned the average American is getting an extra 220 to 300 calories each day through what they drink.  That can add up to a lot of unwanted pounds.  In this video I share some wonderful, tasty alternatives my family and I use.  This makes a HUGE difference in weight control!
