Rescue Me!

Initially, I created this "Rescue Me!" program for myself.   I was sick of being exhausted all the time; craving chocolate chip cookie dough; dragging myself through my exercise program and seeing little results; helplessly watching the pounds creep on and my body becoming more and more "blobbish."

As I made these changes my energy soared, cravings and hunger disappeared and I was more pleasant to be around.  I was able to manage my weight, enjoy exercising and see results. My hair was thicker, my nails were stronger and my skin was firmer.  I was blown away by how much better I looked and felt.  I would never consider going back!

1. Watch the “Rescue Me” videos

Simple changes helped create my positive results.  View the video on the right, then click on the items of interest below.

  • Breakfast - We’ve all heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But do you really understand why?

  • Snacks - My snacks used to be a disaster!  Learn about some really delicious, healthy ways to snack.

  • Beverages - What you drink can add a lot of unwanted pounds.   I share some wonderful, tasty alternatives.

  • Supplements - When I combined specific vitamins with healthier food choices I was able to really supercharge my food and see results!

2. Print out the Starter Grocery List and go to the grocery store - this is a list of brands I use for breakfast, snacks and healthy drinks.

3. Order the Fuzzy Slippers' "Rescue Me Package" - this includes the protein powders I use for my smoothies, healthy snack and meal bars, a wonderful tea I love and a few basic supplements.  It comes right to your door!

4. Print out "My Rules for Eating" and the "Quick Reference Guide" - keep it in your kitchen to help you get started.

5. Once you get started, take advantage of a complimentary phone consultation.  I can answer questions, customize your program, and be your “cheerleader.”
