There was a time in my life I thought healthy eating meant giving up everything I loved and resigning myself to living on “roots and berries”!

I simply was not interested in a restrictive approach to eating.  Been there, done that! Plus I love GOOD FOOD!

Imagine my surprise as I discovered an abundance of healthy options.  I just needed to know where to look!  Often it was as simple as finding a healthy brand of a food I liked. Some of these foods were very familiar to me and others made me scratch my head and think: “What?”

This way of eating has allowed me to kill hunger and cravings, eliminate fatigue and irritability, turbo charge my metabolism, actually see results from my exercise and maintain my ideal weight!  I had never known what it felt like to really look and feel healthy and vibrant.
